All-On-X Dental Implants
Jeffrey was referred to us by a dental office that could not restore the implants already placed. He was interested in a nonremovable option versus dentures.
Full ceramic upper and lower hybrids (All-On-X) were fabricated to attach to the implants and restore proper function and the confidence that comes with a beautiful, natural-looking smile. This non-removable option is perfect for those with dentures who do not want the hassle of taking their teeth in and out.
Aisha was unhappy with how her gums were exposed when she smiled and the discoloration between her front teeth.
Crown lengthening was performed to shape the gums, ensuring that Aisha’s teeth were the proper length and that her gums would not show when she smiles. After the healing process, Dr. Porter placed crowns on her four front teeth to give Aisha a bright, beautiful smile.

Erin had negative experiences at the dentist when she was a child, which led her to avoid visits for a long time. However, she wanted to fix her smile before the holidays and seeing her family. She had old stainless steel crowns that were placed during her childhood, and she also needed a cleaning to address the discoloration on her lower front teeth.
Dr. Porter replaced the old, failing stainless steel crowns with same-day CEREC crowns. During the same visit, we also cleaned and polished her teeth. She left with a bright, amazing smile, feeling more confident and ready to see her family over the holidays.

Carl had been struggling with severe periodontal disease for years, resulting in the loss of all his premolars and molars due to the chronic degradation of supporting bone caused by this condition.
His remaining teeth were deemed unsalvageable, so an All-on-X hybrid denture was used to restore his smile. Five implants were placed in the upper arch, and six implants were placed in the lower arch, followed by the placement of a full zirconia prosthesis. This treatment provided Carl with a stable and non-removable prosthesis, enhancing both his appearance and functionality.
